Reporting a Concerns About a Child
If you are worried that a child may be at risk of abuse or neglect, it is important to act. You do not need proof that a child is being harmed to report your concerns.
If a child is in immediate danger or at risk of significant harm, call 999 immediately.

Contact the child's local Children's Social Care service: If the child lives outside Telford & Wrekin, you should contact the Children's Social Care team in the area where the child lives. Sharing concerns at the earliest opportunity can help ensure that children and young people receive the support and protection they need. If in doubt, report your concern. It is always better to seek advice than to do nothing.
